The Campus Central Help Desk is open from 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Check with staff for opening hours during non-semester periods.

- Lockers
- Prescription and pain relief medication delivery from Ourimbah Pharmacy
- Free condoms and lube
- Free chilled, filtered water
- Bus timetables
Our Help Desk Operator can also provide information on gym discounts and bookings are taken for Studio Central and the multipurpose court.

Our SWAG Officer can help you with any of the following aspects of campus life:

- Welfare – Centrelink, employment, tenancy rights, International and Postgraduate student issues

- Grievances - University and TAFE related grievances; complaints
